With a first print speed of less than 6.9 seconds and a continuous print speed of 31 ppm and 36 ppm respectively, the SP 4100SF and SP 4110SF  deliver rapid results. An optional unit provides duplex printing services at the same rate, while the transmission of a fax takes only 3 seconds. Scanning speeds achieve up to 12 images per minute (ipm) in full colour, and 25 ipm in black and white.

The SP 4100SF and SP 4110SF are capable of handling various paper sizes up to A4 with weights up to 130 g/m² from the standard and optional trays, and up to 162 g/m² from the bypass tray. Printing envelopes is easy with the optional envelope feeder. Increased data storage enables the printer to handle a wide range of job types; for example, it stores frequently used files for quick and easy re-printing. The maximum paper capacity of up to 1,600 sheets and maximum resolution of 1,200 x 600 dpi (printing) and 600 x 600 dpi (scanning and copying) ensure uninterrupted delivery of high-quality output. An intuitive LCD touch panel ensures ease of use, and to optimise continuity, machine maintenance can be performed in-house by its users.

The SP 4100SF and SP 4110SF’s feature extensive connectivity and monitoring options. A parallel interface and USB 2.0 allow for direct connection to legacy computers. An Ethernet 10/100base-TX network adapter is standard installed. Options include Wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11b) and Gigabit Ethernet. Documents are easily distributed by scanning directly to e-mail, folder and FTP, or via the fax function. Another user-friendly feature is Nashuatec’s Web Image Monitor, which adds an address book, phone book and file managing tool to the SP 4100SF/SP 4110SF’s multifunctional extensions. When connected with the printer, it sends e-mail alerts and enables remote operation and tray management. With the help of SmartDeviceMonitor™ or DeskTopBinder™, network administrators and IT managers can set user privileges and track complete job statistics.
